End-User Licence Agreement (EULA) for Pocket Option Automated Trading Robot (Dewbot)
1. Licence Grant
By downloading, installing, or using the Dewbot software(s), you (the “End User”) agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User Licence Agreement (the “EULA”). The author or publisher of Dewbot (the “Licensor”) grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and use the Dewbot software(s) on a single computer or device owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
– Licence, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Dewbot software(s).
– Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Dewbot software(s).
– Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Licensor or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Dewbot software(s).
3. Ownership
The Dewbot software(s) is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Dewbot software(s), including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of the Licensor.
4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically or otherwise cease to be effective without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the Dewbot software(s) and uninstall and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Dewbot software(s).
5. Liability and Warranty Disclaimers
The Dewbot software(s) is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the Dewbot software(s) will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free.
6. Governing Law
This EULA and your use of the Dewbot software(s) is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Support and Updates
The Licensor may, from time to time, provide updates or modifications to the Dewbot software(s) at its sole discretion. The Licensor is not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical, or other support for the Dewbot software(s).
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Dewbot software(s) is subject to the Licensor’s Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. By using the Dewbot software(s), you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Risks
The End User acknowledges that trading in the Forex market carries significant risks, including the potential loss of all invested funds. The Dewbot software(s) aims to assist in trading but cannot guarantee 100% profits or totally protect against losses. It is crucial to understand these risks and evaluate your financial situation carefully before engaging in Forex trading. The End User acknowledges that past performance is not indicative of future results.
10. Independent Development
The Dewbot software(s) has been developed by independent programmers and is not affiliated with the official Pocket Option platform. The Licensor is not responsible for any actions taken by the Pocket Option platform or any other third party in relation to your use of the Dewbot software.
